Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and defend your mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just select the email box account you would like to redirect emails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
